Thief King Bakura suffers from mild Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) due to the Kul Elna massacre. Because of such, he’s very hypervigilant and keeps getting flashbacks or nightmares from that day. 

Rafael and Sherry are distant cousins. It’s rumored that the LeBlanc family and its offshoots are cursed, much like the Kennedys.

Yami Bakura loves having chapped lips, and loves the feeling of them. When Ryou discovers this, he begins applying chapstick religiously, a nervous habit that remains with him for the rest of his life.

Dark Necrofear wasn’t a mother, she was an older sister- rather, Bakura’s older sister. She died at Kul Elna and has watched over her brother ever since. Although she doesn’t agree with all of his choices, she accepts that they are his to make and assists him in meeting his goals in hopes that he will one day find peace.

Kaiser Ryo cannot sing, but he can growl death metal.

Jesse doesn’t have a southern accent.

During Jack’s King era, his meals were all carefully designed by a team of nutritionists. They were also, for the most part, excruciatingly bland to him. He rarely got to eat ramen (even the brand that he himself had endorsed) because it was deemed “empty calories”. After he moved in with Yusei and Crow, though, Jack vowed to make up for lost time.

Crow became an escort for the extra cash. He didn’t want to work on the streets of Satellite, as it was too unsafe, so he became an escort at the local brothel. Jack and Yusei didn’t know, and they never saw the money because it all went to Crow’s kids. Eventually he became too ashamed to hold his kids when he knew what he was doing with his body, so he quit and started Black Bird Delivery instead.
